To mitigate this risk, our engineering team uses NdFeB (Neodymium-Iron-Boron) magnets with high intrinsic coercivity (such as the SH or UH grades) to prevent degradation at temperatures up to 120°C.
Additionally, gearboxes are lubricated with synthetic perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease rather than standard mineral grease. Synthetic grease resists vaporization, preventing gear wear and maintaining efficiency across prolonged operations.
