Samples are available for evaluation. Please contact us to coordinate sample requests.
QWhich shipping methods are available?
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Post, and Sea freight are all supported. Other delivery methods can also be accommodated upon request.
QHow long is the delivery time?
Delivery timelines depend on your order size. Typically, production and processing take around 15-25 working days.
QMy package has missing products. What can I do?
Please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will verify the shipment contents against your order list to rectify any issues.
QHow to confirm the payment?
We accept payments via T/T and PayPal. Other payment options may also be accepted. A deposit of 30-50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance settled before shipping.
